John Harding: Partner, PwC – Tax (People & Organisation)
John leads the Reward & Employment team and is PwC’s National Minimum Wage (NMW) expert. Over the past 3 years John has helped a large number of clients with their NMW audits. He has helped clients undertake self-reviews to ensure NMW compliance, assisted them with HMRC led reviews (and the deep technical aspects of these reviews) and worked with them to implement processes and controls to ensure ongoing NMW compliance. As well as working with the ALMR on this issue, John has good relationships with the senior team at HMRC on NMW matters.
Hayley Farrow: Manager, PwC – Tax (People & Organisation)
Hayley is an experienced manager in the Reward & Employment team, specializing in all employment related matters. Over the past 18 months Hayley has supported a large number of clients in relation to NMW, focusing on the hospitality and retail sectors and has detailed technical NMW knowledge in relation to these industries.
